What the app collects

How it's used

Your data is used solely to back up and sync your own workout data across your own devices signed in with the same Google Account. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than making the app work for you.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), scoped so that only your own signed-in account can read or write it. No other user of the app can see your data, and the developer does not access it except as needed to fix bugs.

Sharing

Your data is never sold or shared with any third party. It is not used for ads or analytics.

Deleting your data

You can delete your synced cloud data at any time from the app's Account screen using Delete cloud data, or stop a device from syncing using Sign out — both are actions within the app itself.

Revoking Regimen's access from your Google Account permissions page does not delete your cloud data or stop syncing on its own — it only affects Google sign-in, not the app's existing session. Use Sign out or Delete cloud data in the app for that.

Uninstalling the app removes all data stored locally on your device.
